   We Order, You Approve

   Once you approve the quote, we pull the permit, order your James Hardie or Pella products direct from the manufacturer, and lock in your start date. No materials arrive until you've signed off.

   • Permit pulled in your name
   • Factory-direct product order
   • Confirmed start date in writing
   • Deposit collected — balance due at completion

4. 03

   Professional Installation

   We coordinate every installation with vetted, experienced contractors who follow our standards. We protect landscaping, haul away all old material daily, and leave the site clean at the end of every workday.

   • Proper house wrap and moisture barrier
   • Manufacturer installation specs followed exactly
   • Daily site cleanup — debris hauled same day
   • Progress photos sent at each phase

   Registered Warranty Before We Leave

   We walk the job with you before we close out. Your James Hardie and Pella warranties are registered in your name on-site. You get the permit inspection record and our workmanship guarantee in writing.
